Earnings beat driving stock rise:

Here's why I currently have 700,000 shares and am looking forward to the next year with Sing.

According to MarketWatch (https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/sing/financials), you can see Singlepoint's revenue for last few years as .259M (2017), 1.15M (2018), 3.34M (2019), and 2.88M (2020). Additionally, net income is shown as -52.7M (2017), -8.1M (2018), -7.9M(2019), and -4.0M (2020).

According to Singlepoint's letter to shareholders dated Jan 25, 2022, their CEO writes "Our guidance for 2022—$20,000,000 revenue through our solar division—is on track." And "achieving market penetration in the air purification vertical is truly an x-factor that is poised to generate $5,000,000 near-term and exponentially more long-term. " And "As we continue our growth through acquisition strategy, our announced transactions and transactions-in-discussion have been targeted to add $30-$50 million in revenue in 2022."

Furthermore, according to the CEO, "$121 billion in federal funding has been set aside for air purification in schools."

Even the conservative $5M in 2022 would be enough to put Singlepoint on a good trajectory.

According to WalletINvestor.com (which make future forecasts - you can read it here: https://walletinvestor.com/stock-forecast/sing-stock-prediction), they have a bullish forecast of $0.516 share price by April 2022. I know this is a computer algorithm generating these forecasts and not a true analyst, but I artificial intelligence does shed some light on what the global data implies.

With the intent to uplist in next 6-8 months, and positive revenue that handsomely beats all of the revenue in the past 5 years, and the push for schools to get kids back into a safe educational environment, and earnings call coming up soon (is it February 14 or March 15? - I can't seem to find the right earnings date), it's no wonder that the share price has started to climb.

Walletinvestor forecasts the share price to reach $0.91 by 2024, and exceed $1.088 by 2025.

That's why I am in this for the long run. I'm accumulating now while the price is still near 52-week lows, and then letting it sit for a few years as Singlepoint secures more contracts with schools and exponentially increases its revenue.

I'm not approaching this with biased blinders on either. I know it's in the CEO's best interest to boast of great earnings, and I realize that the threat from the pandemic (and need for clean air) may subside, but I also feel that the CEO took the time to inform investors of Singlepoint's progress, which leaves me thinking he genuinely has a sense of pride in their accomplishments.

Singlepoint has bounced around over the past few years that I've been following them, trying to find a successful niche to conduct a profitable business in. And I believe that they have finally found it, and CEO Wil Ralston is excited about where this new path will lead them. With a $20M deal in the pocket for 2022, they are well on their way to breaking all previous earnings.

Just my justification for my position. I wish I could spread this info on other social media, but I'm an old-schooler and don't have many social media accounts. I'm having a difficult time finding much on other discussion boards.
