Pump and dump plain and simple.

On the 2nd or 3rd pump n dump.

And the letter of intent or (LOI) is the oldest con in the OTC.

"Final meeting this week"? Are you kidding me?!

It will then be: "now working on the documents merger next week, next month, next year, then Twitter feed will go dead.
