There’s been no talk of another R/S. They intend to up-list within 6-8 mths. If they can get the share price up organically there’s no need to R/S. If they want to get out of the OTC trenches, there may be a need but with the current share count, if they don’t dilute it’s possible to grow with the forecasted revenue in 2022. They’d have to deliver the $ and that would need to start in Q1 IMO.
