Sigh...I am considering this lost hope. The disconnect between Watkins and Paul is concerning. There is something wrong in Landrews' books. I think he has been trying to shelter/hide something in his old business and that is why attorneys can't get filings done. this is just my humble opinion.

I truly expect the next notice to be a late filing, then in a few weeks another notice of the merger being cancelled by Watkins. Why would Watkins put up with any more of Landrew's delays when he is establishing a promising business.

I think Watkins terminates this relationship in the next month if Filing are delayed again.
