The CAPC decline has no relation to "shorting".

There are no appreciable outstanding CAPC shorts.

"Days to Cover" CAPC shorts is currently shown as "0"!

This means any current CAPC shorts could be covered within one day, and using todays volume, in perhaps five minutes.

Also there is no secret cabal of clandestine shorters on some imaginary "dark web" trading site.
