how does one sell share on the open market when the float hasn't changed in 7 years, isn't that the job of the transfer agent to track the amount of shares that are available to the public? are these accusations being brought up against the transfer agent, the wyoming sos, otcmarkets and finra? many many eyes have gone through all these pages
