THUS FAR NO PROFESSIONAL RESEARCH HAS CHANGED ITS VIEW.THERE CONTINUES TO BE NO BUYS ON THE STOCK AND THE AVG TGT PX IS EXACTLY WHERE MAJOR RESISTANCE IS ... IN THE MID $5.00 RANGE.

One just did change today, although not positive direction. Neutral is about as good as it gets. Chart is creating a resistance about mid 4's, timing is the only key for trading this, any long term holding doesn't compete with many other investments, especially given the volatility and environment of the general market, and I'm sure has created some heavy bags unfortunately for many. Shorting has made pretty good for traders here, which means money lost for many and pps has to double or triple to break even and that will take a long time at best and maybe never at worse.

It's a lot about the credits and offsets being the commodity traded, not so much on any actual tech working well or even at all sometimes, but many are used just for green speaking and profit, not actually changing the way companies operate for long term environmental solutions. There's good and bad to carbon offsets and doesn't have much third party verifications (which is desperately needed for all the good), leading to abuse at the good for profiteering by big money. But that's another discussion, just awareness is needed that there are issues there. But price action and resistances being formed do not bode well for FCEL (nor do downgrades).
