wyoming sos has dscr par value at .0001 like it should be. its right on all their information as stated. if you want to go after anyone go after the agent that filed the paperwork wrong, in the attorney paperwork that was filed on 04/05/21 the par value is stated correctly and otcmarkets and finra accepted the paperwork and made dscr pink current.
