They’re very vague on the Marquis debt. We know they couldn’t cancel the debt since there are no charges against Nahon, but It doesn’t say how it was settled…reduced shares, cash, or both. That’s key in the grand scheme, and I’m curious how exactly will they prove that Svorai has no other interest when the case is ongoing.
We know for a fact that at the very least Svorai held nearly couple hundred million shares through his father as a nominee when he was arrested, so how is there no interest when it counts for 5% beneficial ownership that we know of?
There’s also the problem with fake identity, forged resignation letters, and use of ill-gotten government cash to take Feldenkrais public, which doesn’t even address the FBI agent’s testimony that there’s a lot more to the case that’s not disclosed in the affidavit, which makes the following statement — ” certain individuals under investigation for wrongdoing, that have been incorrectly associated with the company, have no interest or involvement whatsoever with the company” — even more disingenuous when Feldenkrais himself admitted in proffer that Svorai was helping to bring the company current — by what means and to what extent did Svorai accomplish this?
Also this statement is fishy: “Based on the evidence that we will present to OTC” — If they had this so called ”evidence”, then why sit on it and not submit it to OTCM NOW? Why wait if it’s so compelling and can accomplish what no other company associated with this case has been able to achieve?
On the bright side, I’ve been to Wynwood on a business trip to Miami couple of years ago before the pandemic, and it’s a up and coming enclave comprised of art galleries, interesting shops and restaurants. I can’t speak for affects of the pandemic on that location, but I will ask friends that live in the area if they’ve been there recently and let you know.
