The consolidation BLLB had in the .005/008 range was important to bring it to the .017 range...

The consolidation BLLB is having now in the .01/.017 range is important for the .04 range move...

Long Term Upside moves are build in a Stair Step Pattern...where you build a base then a move up...retrace build a base and move up again...

Much stronger long term then any spike...This a methodical Chart build...it is no accident or coincidence...imo...we shall see...
