The news about TVA raising the question of whether Mississippi Cities will be allowed to provide electricity to State legal cannabis companies is very interesting. It is a legal avenue that could potentially force the Feds to make a clarification!.............perhaps with the result being making cannabis legal? I don't have a link but it should be a simple web search.
