If the SEC was a moral organization, then why didn't they go after SLJB?
when CSHD was halted, the SEC tried to get Rufus to prove the bond information. . All they were able to do was get an order for him to not make any more false statements. It wasn't a shut and close case.

But it does look like the death nail for the pps of the stock at least.. in the short run at least.. and perhaps for a few months more. It all depends on whether or not Jim and disprove the allegations.
