Ontop of all this they’ve also managed to sneak in a $1.25M private placement - now fully current to SEC reporting requirements. Who are these private shareholders? These raises certainly are not marketed to the public. I see no problem here folks. Perfect recipe for compounding shareholder value and the patient and deliberate success of their product.
