They repriced their convertibles before... Nothing stopping them from doing it again.

All the talk of convertibles priced at .08 and higher. People were saying "insiders must know something if they are buying at such high prices"
"These people must really believe in the company..."

That's what the company was saying to make people think the PPS at the time was a bargain.

It was supposed to be an indication of where the pps was going.
Then company repriced those .08s to .0029.

How low do you think they will take .0103s?

The O/S will be 5 billion by May and then comes the R/S.
