Still in business? Obviously so if the stock is still trading. It's a shell. You can't look at it and say their product sales are up or down because it has no products. People don't get rich on these stocks with product sales they get rich when the announcement of a merger or acquisition happens and it goes up very fast and very high and if one isn't holding shares BEFORE the announcement they miss out on the biggest gains.
