$AGYP is producing domestic (Texas) oil at more and more wells. Oil at home is especially valuable to the U.S. because it does need to make long and sometimes dangerous trips to US ports from the Middle East.
Recently, the American Petroleum Institute (API) estimated the inventory draw for crude oil to be 3.670 million barrels which was much higher than the 2.63 million barrels analysts forecasted. This increase in demand is expected to lead to a resurgence in crude oil prices.
