Only know what I have read today-more. Only other thing is that it was incorporated in 2020’, Myself; I don’t think it was up for sale at all, just a deal that Bishop put together. Could be that The Plant will be a subsidiary of NNRX, run by it’s own people and part of a bigger scheme overseen by NNRX, some one mention a conglomerate could be the start. The Plant did not have a ticker Bishop does, remember the report stated Bishop acquired The Plant not partnered or merged Bishop will own it outright. The Plant just might be one of many future “in house suppliers" for NNRX’s products and well as another source of income. The Plant has the ability to formulate, enhance, and produce NNRX health line of products; along with Bishop’s nano technology patent and assimilation process patent who knows where this could go. Part of the sales agreement could be that the existing people run the plant with NNRX as parent company.
