What’s funny is the disparity between discussions here with lawsuits and the welfare of shareholders vs the concerns of congress and the treasury (affordable housing, 30 year mortgage etc) standing on top the hill looking down you see a small village perhaps a hamlet bickering over rights of shareholders and then an entire country filled with countryside and cities concerned with obligations to homeowners in the end the village/hamlet will fade away completely as it almost already has… Sandra Thompson will alleviate some of the obstacles for the end of conservatorship but she won’t end it she’s said she’s gonna leave that to congress “lol” they’re never leaving or possibly will be absorbed (nationalized) … shareholders of fnf live in fantasy land
