Let me get this straight court proceedings are time stamped and once a judge makes a decision I assume the clerk runs to the scanner and uploads the decision right away so day traders can rest easy?

You do realize that real businesses and especially courts could care less about providing you info in real time.

More than likely they will do a bulk upload near the end of the day but I don't expect otc traders to understand how the real world works.

Take some responsibility many made rash decisions before all the facts came out and they have no one to blame but themselves.
