I'm highly encouraged by all of this civil discourse related to the protection for the REE/CE element industry.

I just see the degree that our gubment is bought and sold by China and i wonder what kind of protection for REE's or any industry for that matter can investors expect.....

Like many of you, i trust that NIO mgmt. has thought all of this thru and is extremely confident that what happened during the unfortunate Molycorp Bankrupt era, i.e. price fixing, dumping, manipulation, etc.. etc..., can not and WILL NOT happen again. I'm still not sure how they/we reach that comforting conclusion (that it will not happen again)..... (especially with the leadership within the present administration that will do nothing to upset CCP and protect america's interests-combined with a complicit media that is a propoganda arm of the govt. and hollywood and big business- that pressure govt to turn a blind eye to all chinese violations......

But i will patiently wait for Jim S response that should hopefully clear things up and assuage doubting Thomas's like me..... (thanks for sending over AO)...
