I don’t trust any government entity. From personal experience, I know that the only way to beat them is to study their rules and regulations and design elegant solutions that meat or exceed their own protocols and requirements.

Nader was a shortcut taker who wanted to make his own rules as he went along. The argument with Pestell over trial protocols and HIV BLA debacle are prime examples.

Granted, large BP companies have an advantage, with hundreds of professionals to design and implement trials. They take their time, design proper trials, know the regulations and abide by them. Nader Amarex and the team where the exact opposite.

The guys with the clipboards and checklists always win so the game has to be properly played. Cytodyn was alway playing marbles, when the game was 3D Chess.

The FDA cannot be blamed when the Nader and Cydy didn’t even know the game they were playing.
