It's a shell company with a listing on a stock exchange. Companies merge with these shells for a quick listing on an exchange and other benefits and when that happens the stock usually skyrockets. I believe such a deal may already be in the works.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
