Anyone care to take a stab at reconciling the following:

1) Per the Company's amended 11/30/21 quarterly report, total SIRC Common shares outstanding = 450,393,555 shares as of date: 11/30/2021

2) Per the Company's December 2021 Investor Presentation (from SIRC's website), total shares outstanding = 434.2M shares as of date: can we assume a date in December 2021??

If these numbers and date assumptions are correct/accurate, is there reason to believe that there has been a reduction in the Common share outstanding count of approximately 16 million shares? Or maybe the 434.2M o/s share count in the investor deck is a mistake or a dated number in need of revision?

Wanda/Dave, please give us some clarity on this point. I'd prefer to not have to wait on another amended document to discover the answer.
