That's an unusual way to look at value - take a share price depressed by the low price of oil and a global pandemic, then look at change after oil doubles and economy is in recovery. Kind of an outlier view to put it kindly.

Anyway, if Shell drilling goes as planned, a few months from now the value of the so-called done deal should be clear for EVERYONE to see. I hope Shell makes a commercial sized find so the damage to erhe shareholders done by management's years of silence and decision to operate like a private company will no longer be open to debate (or denial).

Seriously, Total paying between $7.5 billion and $10.5 billion for erhc? A buyout premium of more than 800,000%? Come on now. That's way beyond outlier numbers; that's just plain ridiculous.
