Just a heads up, the annual report will likely come out some time between the 14th - 18th based on timing of the past three quarterly and annual report which were released around that time. This will likely be the most important news to be released prior to acquisition. Afterwards we should receive acquisition news by end of March, since Sebastian clearly points out the importance on the acquisition front during Q1 as the first step to achieve this year's goals. Just as a reminder.....

? evaluate current operations to ensure optimal efficiency;

? expand the board and establish improved corporate governance;

? rectify management control weaknesses, as previously disclosed in public filings; and

? formalize investor relations.

The balance of 2022 will be driven, to a large degree, by what transpires in Q1 related to acquisitions, as the year’s goals are to:

? achieve a run rate $100 million in revenue;

? become profitable;

? uplist to NASDAQ or NYSE; and

? increase shareholder value.

I would also like to point out that Sebastian's management is going to be based on the importance on results as shown in his statement.

This is further supported by his Employment Agreement in section 2: Duties and Powers as Employee, article (a) "......You agree to devote a majority of your business attention and best efforts to the performance of your duties and to the furtherance of the Company's interests, a primary goal of which is to increase shareholder value,". Also his bonus structure is based on reaching certain milestones.

All-in-all if you are willing to hold on and be patient until the end of the year, you will likely see green. So don't stress about these daily fluctuations. You only need to worry about if you'll have enough money to add more shares at the next dip. ^_^
