Sure, some contracts (i.e. aerospace, defense contractors, national interests items, etc.) might be a more detailed affair. Granted!

Government inititiatives often times are a completely deal. You think the monies there gonna start doling out from the infrastructure bill is going to be designed to slow progress or nudge progress?

They re-introduce this Cancer Moonshot program to reduce cancer deaths glacially or might they want to see a few success occur before some elections?

Hey, again, I have not stated categorically there is no possible "politics" angle to this. Not saying there is either. But, generally your not gonna see this kind political grandstanding unless administrations are looking to prime the pump a little.

Long and short, however, I think we can all agree, no better to to have a national conversation/campaign, than while we are currently under review! Can we all, at least, agree on that?!
