brchf. Rob-Telson in Podcast-?9? said a-number-of customers names cannot be divulged because they feared their competitive edge might be in Jeopardy? Brchf had to explain that to the ?FTC?, at which time that body accepted Brainchip's reason why & the Customer circumstances that led to the NDA? Since Brainchip got nothing out of that arrangement, & the Customers did, the person judging the matter decided in Brainchip's favor!!
