Thanks for the "6" stat. It would sure be nice if enough republicans cared about the cannabis legalization issue. If they joined in SAFE would be a slam dunk.

It has passed the House 6 times now. Schumer and Booker are holding SAFE hostage for "racial equity" concessions as, in their opinion, marijuana laws have disproportionately affected people of color. Therefore, they are leveraging SAFE with additional approval of legislation to basically force racial quotas in terms of cannabis business ownership, along with expungement of criminal records, and a host of other parameters wrapped into an extension of affirmative action/racial reparation, if you will.

These two clowns better get their proverbial shite together soon though, as their respective home states of NY and NJ will soon become very large recreational cannabis business hubs with businesses owned by their constituents, that have no access to safe banking.

With liberal DA's not prosecuting crimes, combined with zero cash bail policies in NY and NJ, one can only imagine the nightmarish scene. These dispensaries will basically become targeted cash ATM's for the very criminal class that they ironically claim to be supporting.
