Well, the announcement of the COUPON (DIVI) came today which is earlier than expected, did not reach my .19 amount but an increase from $0.1491 to $0.1705 still shows an upward trend I like to see. A 29.05% divi payout should get more investors which in turn will increase the PPS to higher levels as well, so this is a TWO PRONG increase for me and I LOVE IT.
