I haven't been keeping a close watch on this one, but reading your post makes me wonder, if the Reg A is incorrect, why wasn't an amendment filed? And if James has "told" some people it's incorrect, then why hasn't he at least tweeted that out. He certainly knows how to tweet, as that's all he did in Feb and March.
