My belief, by reviewing the facts regarding CYDY, is that the investigative teams will recommend charges for Nader of fraud and insider trading. This is based on false pumping statements, paid pumpers, Amarex email and Nader’s and other insider sales with in proximate time of events that influenced the SP either up or down. The Class action suit filed in late December is a must read for amazing details of Naders horrific reign. It’s possible the FEDS just find “poor judgment” and do not file charges, but it looks to me and others in the industry, that Naders conduct and actions are in violation of at least security laws. While the outcome is my opinion, that an investigation into CYD is happening now is NOT OPINION.
