Quick math question. Since this is all about the science, let's assume adva-27a is successful in phase 1 human trials.

Let's also assume that the result of this financing with warrants slightly more than doubles the outstanding share count.

Am I better off with 8% of a company worth 25 million or 3.75% of a company worth $5 billion dollars? Maybe some of the experts can help me with that math.
