i think they will never cover or be force to cover. all these new rules are just trying to mask the fact that they dont need to cover. Why would they come up with so many rules while non of them are about "covering short position". SEC/DTCC/government may make rules about shorting and this and that but none of them are actually about forcing hedgefund to cover.

look this is fact right from the DTCC website. Hedge Funds

you know, i mean whose working for who now? lol... DTCC and hedgefund so luck out man. all these ape that doesn't even know the full extent of the situation getting excited about some dumb rules.
