I would actually say that a lot of the float is locked up by whatever "they" are, so the big volume that cometh will just be made to look like there's all this dumping by retail and further notorious dilution(which there will be!), which will further frighten retail from buying, then they will blow past those resistances... results in that chase you are referring to.
All imo, will see w/ popcorn in hand!
