Fannie Mae-No Politics (FNMA)

As I recall it was done under the Obama administration, their were lawsuits, mainly under ERISA, I believe. I did receive some type of settlement but it wasn't yuge nor insignificant, ironically, knowing that the government wasn't going to end up killing the twins, I bought new Fannie shares with the proceeds and still have them!

Since it was under ERISA, no Takings Claims were alleged so there is that, but I think the cofc will eventually opine about the validity of that claim going forward.
