Kasten, Inc. (dba DAKOTA Life Sciences) Previous management was in the biotech/pharma field. The company is currently looking for a merger candidate.

$$$$ “Old Management” owns millions of shares.

My rough calculation shows real float should be around 14 million shares. Would love to see Acropolis file to have the old shares canceled.

This one could be a stunner with share cancellation and a reverse merger. Cheap at this price JMHO.

Challenge: buy a chunk of shares without moving the price by at least 2 cents. This thing moves!
