Information on competitors is very useful
No, I do not think we should have extensive discussions on individual companies. Those companies have forums for that. This might be painful to admit but very few of us know much of anything about how a junior miner develops a mine. That would certainly be true of me. In the years I have been invested in Niocorp I have learned a lot, but I still have a long way to go. It is nice to say I think Niocorp should be moving along a lot faster. Anyone can feel that way and they obviously have a right to say so. But the fact remains that is an OPINION and others can ask what facts is that opinion is based on. I get impatient, I wonder why it is taking so long. That is when I start looking at the competition and asking how are they doing. That’s how I decide if my expectations are just not realistic. Go the the web sites of some competitors, read the PRs, and the feasibility studies. You will quickly discover that:

Financing is “imminent” for all of them
That next report or next step that is going to take a couple months takes a year
About a month or two after that “last report needed” gets issued we need another report
Very few of them actually own the land they intend to mine

But you will also notice things that have NOT happened at Niocorp:

Permits that you have “in hand” can get canceled
You can get bogged down in legal battles that bring everything to a halt for 1-2 years
