You guys are totally missing the point here..

They deprived warrant holders of mechanical adjustments when they did the merger so until the restructuring "calculations" are corrected everything else is noise.

17.5% is not the number they are honoring it's 3-4%. Letters to Sprott won't change this warrant holders need to be prepared to litigate. 17.5% went out the window when they did the merger due to the fact they ignored mechanical adjustments for several transactions that were part of the restructuring and limited warrant equity solely to the stake shareholders in the private company got.

The goalposts were moved they aren't playing on the 17.5% field anymore so anyone still using that number to calculate upcoming adjustments needs to understand that's only happening if we pull back the curtain on adjustments they missed when they restructured.
