One of the theories here is that many ….

Short players are shorting this stock and they have

been doing it for a while… successfully & profiting

nicely…. That’s why we constantly see “large”

shares on the ask every day constantly… 5,000,

7,000, 9,000 shares constantly on the ask….the

other theory is dilution…. but we haven’t seen any

changes in the share structure… and filings keep

showing selling of restricted shares…. The “short “

theory makes sense… we have a foreign company

with a low float that does not Pr regularly that trades

on the otc filled with many impatient traders….

perfect recipe for a short or a bunch of shorts to

“Trade “ this lower…. For many months now….
