Incoming SEC Suspension

Can't buy shares, only sale was at 9:30:00 not 9:30:04 or anything. NEVER have I seen that. Compound the fact that no one can buy, tells you of an incoming SEC Suspension.

Who had February 4th, 2022 on their pool you are the winner.


First when this happens, this stock is never coming back.

The only recourse the minority shareholders investor will have is filing a Bankruptcy.

The US appointed Bankruptcy Trustee needs to be pointed in two directions.

1. The DSC COin
2. The illegal increase in authorized capital.

From there the minority shareholders have an excellent lawsuit against Jesica Lockett and James M Donovan, both attorneys who signed off on this authorized increase, and had knowledge of its NON DISCLOSURE in mandatory filings.

Last both Attorneys are not licensed to practice law in Wyoming -oops.
