Well, we're not just going away. I too am disappointed in the delay, but I'd rather have "good and a little late" than the usual evasive garbage relative to shareholders. Of course, it's not likely that's an either-or. Optimistically, perhaps they realize the importance of this report, and are simply choosing their words carefully under advice of counsel. Or, pessimistically, maybe they are somehow looking for a way to transfer the important assets of The Company to another entity with a new and clean equity structure, ready for NYC investment bankers. That would be extremely difficult, and I apologize in advance to anyone in Golden who might be offended at the suggestion. But we're not the ones who have disregarded promises to refile and then gone silent. When they do that, they need to expect the worst kinds of speculation -- and, yes, in the end, lawsuits.
Let's just hope this is simply a new quarterly communication schedule, with the Q3 report setting the new approximate release dates. If that's all it is, I can certainly live with it.
