AGRI it looks like a lot of positioning going on while we wait for the acquisition closing. Also trading a bit like news has already leaked. That said, they did state that the agreement would be final in January, so they might not PR that and just PR the actual closing. So unfortunately, the actual closing could still be a couple months out, but hoping this isn't the case.
