Here is JK’s answer of when the file will be amended for all the nay sayers. “ can’t ‘amend’ until we go through first round with one of the states. That’s easy.
Then, generally, the company puts in a range of pricing. For instance, 2-4 cents, etc. Something like that when the company is almost through with comments, if any, from FINRA”
