Per the interview the numbers discussed are close with the spread sheet est of 67 vs JD's view of $70MM EBITDA in '22. The EPS will be more of a known after Q2 set as SCG, NM Rec, and debt service are intangibles with too much slack in the leash for a firm eps calc I'd be comfortable echoing or disagreeing out of hand.

Sounds like the M&A pipeline isn't going to slow THAT much especially cultivation and a few CO courtships. Hmm. VRNOF's pick up of GDNSF (also in NM) adds to SHWZ's value.

TCNNF doesn't have a dance partner in CO or NM. Yet.
