$HDUP - we should be able to agree with facts.

1) no dilution since mid-year

2) Canadians can't trade which leaves out the Kellner's

These seem to be the two areas where we can't get everyone to agree to the truth.

There was no pump n dump - and I agree that they've missed every single estimate as to when they would announce something. I'd also say, that isn't unusual when multiple parties are involved.

On 1/28/22 the share structure is the same as it's been for months. If someone has been selling their shares then those shares were included in the numbers on OTC Mkts. We all get to decide if we want to hold or sell, but there is no dilution.
