You seem like a reasonable person, and I wish you good luck, but it's never good news when Bannon dilutes - and he always dilutes - and it always leads to the price going down and the OS going up, ultimately ending in another reverse split to reel in another batch of bagholders. It's always bad news because the entire reason this ticker exists is so Bannon can take cash from toxic notes and sell discounted shares to his insider buddies - all at the expense of retail investors, for whom he obviously has nothing but contempt. All his news is at its core a sham: he's allegedly a reseller of items nobody needs or wants and would never buy from him if they wanted one - why pay Bannon's markup on a 'sanitizing robot' they can find for thousands cheaper elsewhere? Why on god's green earth would anyone stumble upon bantek for hand sanitizer? Obviously there are no sales from either. Howco is a real business, but it's a huge money loser due to paper thin margins and inflated sales/general/admin costs, so it never matters how many government contracts they get - each new contract brings with it more losses. It's inconceivable Bannon could ever turn a profit, largely because he has no intention of ever turning a profit. He lives off his $600K+ salary which is paid for in toxic notes and dilution. Yes, the stock will be pumped and dumped, so traders who buy at the right time and are there for the quick pop will make some money, and he'll probably try some implausible PR pump to absorb some of the 0006s he's selling so he can sell more, but it's all 100% a share selling scam with nothing behind it. This is not a ticker to hang your hat on - it will end badly.

I never give buy/sell/hold recommendations or financial advice. Be careful with your investment dollars, especially in the pink sheets.
