I see that letter of intent really pumped up the share price....

uhhh, nevermind.

The problem is, Cooley is not smart enough to realize that everyone, even the pumpers, know that the "Letter of Intent" or "LOI" is the oldest and most overused criminally manipulative pump in the OTC.

Or he is that desperate and still thought he would try it.
