It seems (at least to ME!) that GVSI is just not a priority to him. After all, GS has got a TON of irons in the fire (What? Five tickers, incl. H*BL, to plan for, hundreds of other tickers/CEOs he has to choose from to put on his "ShitLists", and a million horses to worry about.) And, yeah, perhaps he IS thinking of stretching this out to avoid short-term capital gains taxes. But who knows besides him? In any event, he's certainly not saying much about this.

Oh well, it is what it is.
