Why? You either trust the company to do the right thing or you don't.

If you don't trust Slilaty, then you should have never bought in. He has always controlled the voting shares. He has always had the ability to do whatever he wants with share structure and dilution.

For the past year, Slilaty has only made moves that signal he respects shareholders. He bought off the toxic financing. He issued himself a respectable number of shares for pay. He and Camille have publicly stated that they will increase shareholder value. He has not pumped the stock one time nor has he diluted us for cash.

If you held your wife to the same standard then you might as well get a divorce. "Sure honey...you have been faithful and loyal to me for all this time but you COULD cheat on me so we have a problem".

I personally find that people who can't trust are the ones who are untrustworthy, but that is just an old man making close to 60 years of observation.

There is nothing to stop Slilaty from screwing us over. There is also no reason to think he will.
