IPO's cost allot more money and time. Merging into an existing ticker reduces both substantially. Someone can correct me, but I believe NASDAQ and NYSE are not currently allowing American based cannabis companies to be listed on those exchanges. The ones that are, for the most part Canadian based. PVSP will be the starting point for them to move up to the higher exchanges over time. This is not a short term investment IMO.
